I take customer service as a number one priority, "my customer, my responsibility".

I build close working relationships with all of our customers and deliver a personal service.

All tracking units and communications are all tested by me, each unit is programmed by make, model and registration or trailer number by me, each unit is allocated to a customer vehicle group by me.

I also personally look after each customers system administration.

By undertaking these responsibilities personally, it ensures to you that in the unfortunate event of you having a technical issue, or need to make an order, arrange engineering, require admin changes, whatever reason you have to pick up the phone to us, you speak to directly to me, who has met you, knows where you are, understands your fleet operations, has met your transport office staff and can guarantee to you an immediate, painless resolution to whatever reason you have had to call us.
